Stop apologizing for everything you do, what you do is the right way to do things, it is totally natural and normal for the baby to fall asleep on you, it is totally natural and normal for the baby to fall asleep on your chest, no There is nothing wrong, the baby does not have to fall asleep alone in his crib, babies do not have a schedule, just look at the signals that your own baby gives you, the sleep windows are only an approximate, they do not have to be exact, you have to guide yourself by the sleep signals that your baby gives you, and let him take his nap peacefully without any fear, the more tired the baby will be, he will be more irritated and will have more work to fall asleep, he will wake up more at night because he has not rested well during the day, every baby is different so calm down, follow your signs and everything will be fine. Sleep training is a waste of money and time, it just involves letting the baby cry something totally unnatural. I also had the Elvi stride pump and it was the worst money I have ever spent in my life. When with my other pump I got up to five ounces, when I used that one I only got one ounce, it doesn't work at all, super bad, I don't recommend it, due to its low efficiency it can lower production, since milk production will only increase through suction effective suction of the baby or a pump. The last thing, babies only drink breast milk or formula until they are six months old, they are not given anything else until they are six months old.
