I just won a game for 10 packs, 4,000 stubs and 25,000 XP. But none of it is showing up, no packs to open and stubs weren’t added on. Any ideas as to why?

I just lost 8-0 to someone, partly because I gave up after he got jammed inside and hit a pop up to second base and my second baseman couldn’t reach it on time because of a shift (never seen this before in my life). Giving up 3 runs is not the end of the world but, to have a game blown open because of a pop up to second is ridiculous and broken. Sad thing is, I pitched the 2nd inning by simply throwing fastballs down the middle and he only scored 1 run on 3 hits. How tf does that work... And before you say anything, he was still trying, I could tell.
