Color me shocked.. not one but *TWO* Ryan Reynolds films listed here?! I’m glad you came around with him. “Life” was really good for a space horror, loved the ending as it actually caught me by surprise. I was expecting a positive ending where she lived.. and that would have been so lame. Some good choices here. T2 is definitely a heavy ending, especially if someone is close with their dad. Toy Story always gets us in the feels. Buried is one of the few ones I’ll need to rewatch. “The Mist” definitely has a solid negative ending. What’s crazy is, because of the dated CGI, the black and white (surprisingly, to me) seems way better than the standard version.

Figured that Mist might have been 1 with your motivation for Burial being 4. My question is more how the heck the advertisers made it look generic?
