That’s true life .....just Being....”Why yoga? “ He asked of me. “The simple answer, JUST to BE .” Living with awareness within that given moment. So simple. Feel upset, that’s ok....feel sad....that’s ok....feel happy that’s ok...feel joy...that’s ok....everything is born, has a life, then fades away....SO life and death within the human experience....Intentions are ok....falling short of ones intentions is Ok....they are all teachers...the inner self will unfold....as it’s meant to...just believing and observing....YES you can act....but sometimes, you can just observe ....life’s wonderful blessings....universal love from a humble yogini...
