    This is how I´ve summarized it in steps, makes sense to you or does it seem to be missing something:
    1. When Weekly Bias (1H timeframe), Daily Bias (1H timeframe) and Intraday Structure (15M most recent killzone low that we broke in the direction of the higher timeframe bias) converge, take trades in the same direction
    2. After a killzone had a Break of Structure, look for trades above NY Midnight Open for shorts and below NY Midnight Open for longs. Look to have them after a pullback to equilibrium on the leg responsible for the BOS
    3. Wait for a FVG that needs to be inside the next killzone that gets started once price has gone beyond equilibrium and above (shorts) or below (longs) NY Midnight Open
    4. Once price goes back into the FVG and rejects it clearly, wait for two consecutive candles in the direction of our trade that where the second closes below (shorts) / above (longs) the low / high of the first candle
    Enter the trade on the open of the next candle with a SL over (shorts) / below (longs) the most recent and meaningful highs (shorts) / lows (longs) on the other side of NY Midnight Open and Equilibrium of price leg responsible for BOS. Place Target Profit to be same value as the risk taken with the SL

      That’s about it. I backtested this on US30 nd she knows what she is talking about. However, since price does what it wants it will out smart us on the part where you have to also consider previous swings too that hold price legs that caused BOS especially if the 61.8% and/or 79% Fib level of that previous swing was not retraced to.
      London nd NY OR 9:30am NY time will show you price respecting these swings’ swing levels.
      This same thing happens on a lower time frame just like it does on a higher time frame but best believe that the higher timeframe objectives will be met if price doesn’t have other plans.
      Essentially… depending on the time that you trade… have to know the range you’re in before your trading time starts and the time it is. Time nd price. Along with your midnight price…. Cz price might not go to equilibrium of the previous day’s range.. it will obey the range that it is in or sweep that range’s liquidity etc..That’s the trickiest part for me… but it’s getting easier Cz I use The Fib nd what Alex just said nd the silver bullet times nd the 2022 model. Everything connects tbh.
      Don’t forget about HTF wicks nd FVGs. for me… it’s not all wicks nd FVGs that I draw but specific ones. It all comes down to time nd price nd the RANGE you’re in… Cz you could be in an FVG at 9:30 or a wick or a swing etc… I think that’s why ICT has 81 strategies Cz price will do what it wants but knowing where you are will save you a lot nd help you see many entry points effortlessly

    • @divinasi0n
      @divinasi0n ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @stevensteven3417 The markets are controlled by an aIgorithm; it's the only way its possible for prices to be kept regulated and moved in the way the MMs want when there are probably thousands of orders a second coming in. With that in mind, the two candle thing is an algorithmic signature.
      If you're using two timeframes to trade, you can go with the rule of thumb that on the higher of the two timeframes, if a candle closes above/below a HTF high/low and doesn't close back inside by the next candle, there's a good chance it's a BOS and you want to see a MSS before thinking about trading back inside the range.
      The opposite is also true; if price sweeps a HTF H/L and aggressively closes back inside by the same candle or the next one, it's probably a sweep.
      Of course there is nuance to this depending on context (if you are trading on the daily and 4h for example and you see this on the 4h, this rule doesnt apply because it's only relevant on the higher of the two TFs), but you can rely on what I just told you to give you confidence in reading market direction.😉

      Gold's average daily range is +200 pips (in "normal" days). News days, it's above 300-350 pips.
      Having a stop loss of 15 pips (including spread buffer) is not a big SL....it's less than 5% of what this asset usually moves in a day.
      If I'd trade EURUSD which has an average daily range of 50 pips, and I'd have a SL of 5 pips, that would SEEM like a small (thus acceptable) SL, right? But it would be 10% of what that pair moves daily on average...
      So you see now how subjective (in a bad sense) your rationale about SL size is?

      It's easy once you know what you are doing.
      Does it look hard when ICT does it? NO! It looks easy, because he's done it thousands of times!
      Is it easy when YOU do it? NO! Because you've done it just a few times, but always biased by own beliefs, always with fear...and no consistency.
      It is not simple or easy in the beginning, nothing is! But it BECOMES easy and simple if you use it over and over again, until it imprints in your DNA!

      As a fellow lCT trader I can tell you her Weekly/Daily bias technique for identifying direction based on which side is broken is incorrect anyway. Price usually goes in the OPPOSITE direction once Buyside or Sellside liquidiy (stop losses) are swept.
      If price had closed and was holding below the PWL (Previous Weekly Low) that would be one thing but that is not what is happening in this example.🤨 Theres a beautiful displacement back into the range.
      "LEARN lCT in 9 MINUTES!" you cannot. I've been with him for a year now and I still haven't learned everything. Don't be fooled by the clickbait titles people (not that the clickbait is her fault or anything..)

    • @RBVfx
      @RBVfx ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@divinasi0nI have not said and I don't trade bearish if price went below weekly low.
      Of course I would also buy, IF I see imbalance with displacement. Bur explaining a trade like that was not the point of this video.
      If price went below the weekly low and then goes back inside the range, it doesn't mean the up move will continue till previous week's high....in fact, that up move is usually only a HTF pullback and then price continues lower after having taken buyside above internal range liquidity.
      People like you assume that in a 9 min video I said everything I look for taking a setup...nobody can squeeze their entire strategy in a 9 min vid, no matter how much they try...

    • @divinasi0n
      @divinasi0n ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @RBVfx @ 2:22 - Okay.. but you did say that. "The low is broken, so because of this.. this means that the Weekly is bearish....and I will only look to take short trades".
      The reason the Weekly was bearish was because price was trending lower on the Weekly, not because of that brief sweep.
      ..And it literally did continue to PWH, it just didn't quite sweep it.
      That "PWL sweep, displace, induce, 2nd sweep" pattern is incredibly strong, and if you look at the Gold chart a few weeks later you can see it DID break PWH after printing that same pattern.
      -------
      Regardless, I want to add that how you generally handle critical comments is admirable and I know from personal experience it's not easy to do that when there are multiple comments directed at you. (Perhaps this is an advantage of being a female trader..?😉)
      Please don't see it as an attack on you, I am just passionate about what Michael is doing in this space and don't want his work to get misinterpreted or diluted, which is what continues to happen. Please keep being a leader in this space. 👍

    In min 3:30 of the video you mentioned that if both weekly bias and daily bias are on agreement on same direction, you would initially only take setups in that direction. But that if within this, in lower timeframe (lower than the 1H, so I understand 15M, 5M or 1M) you find a bullish setup, you will take it with reduced risk because these would be counter bias setup --> what would the rules for this bullish setup? Still under NY Midnight, with FVG (BISI) that price retraces to, reject, then two consecutive bullish candles with second closing over close of first and only if in a killzone?
