Lucknowi achari Machali ka salan banane ka tarika aap is video me dekhegen jo bahut tasty fish curry hai aur bahut aasan bhi...
ingredients -
Rohu fish-600 gm
Coriander seeds -3 tbsp
red chilli -3
Fennel seeds -1/2 tbsp
cumin seeds -1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds -1 tbsp
Nigella seeds -1/4 tsp
Carom seeds +1/4 tsp
Wheat flour -5 tbsp
Salt -1/4 tsp
turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
mustard oil -200 ml
Onion -1 medium sized
tomato -1 medium sized
Green chillies -3
Coriander leaves - some
Garlic cloves -12
Kashmiri red chilli powder -1 tap
turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Salt -1 tsp
mango pickle - 4-5 pieces
coriander leaves - some
