Its beautiful more like a resort than a cosy home. The upkeep must be a nightmare. In this day and age one does not have 7 to eight kids anymore to fill a house like this.Unless you rich and entertain a lot,but even so its a show piece not a home.
Homes, like this one, are very nice, but the one concern that I have is that I have not seen many of these types of homes with a lock on the wine cellars/refrigerators. Did the designer forget to take into account that kids will eventually wonder into these areas, and out of curiosity or peer pressure, take a bottle to open and/or drink? I wouldn't want to be the parent having to explain why my child was caught drunk, and/or giving wine to other children taken from our cellar.
First, most people who own these big homes are over 50yrs old and kids are older. Second, the fridges and cellars are pretty heavy for kids to open. Three, it's not used as a primary home designed with kids in mind, it's for vacation or hosting families, business associates and guests, may be there 1-3 times a year. They typically buy these expensive homes to diversify their assets or put their cash into something that will appreciate.
@@akendon7260 If you really believe that, then you more naïve than I thought. There are plenty of examples of people under the age of 50 - with underage children - whom buy houses like this on a regular basis. Take your reasons to any national realtor, and they will tell you just how wrong you are about everything. Yeesh!!! Justin Bieber has a $17 million mansion in Utah for one example.

house videos of just video and music is so much better than watching realtors talk about each room
Excellent work, my friend. Props to Upwall, they do not mess around!
Really nice architecture, thank you for the introduction.
OK Somehow the video and audio separated from each other and he was outside the house, describing a bedroom!
