    I think she being a talker is a good thing it helps Min pick up a lot of words and can express himself better so no tantrums. ❤️❤️

      It’s probably not a tantrum, it’s more likely a meltdown from being over stimulated. I suffer the same thing. 💜

    in Indonesia Nasi Goreng is fried rice
    Nasi : Rice
    Goreng:Fried
    fried noodle : Mie Goreng
    Mie (noodles)
    i dont know about Malayu call fried rice and rice noodle same or not with indonesia language

  • @tifflaura9733
    @tifflaura9733 4 ปีที่แล้ว +31

    Food name and country of origin at the minute "5:13" are typo.
    "나시고렝/Nasi Goreng" is Indonesian Food for "Fried Rice/볶음밥". But, if you want to put the name Fried Noodle of Indonesia you can put "인도네시아-미고렝/ Mi Goreng". It's very popular around the world. In Vietnam, also have kind of fried noodles with a different name also.

    • @hajarahmad473
      @hajarahmad473 4 ปีที่แล้ว +17

      May I correct you. Nasi goreng is NOT an indonesian origin nor can it claims that its originated from there. It belongs to d Malay achipelago i.e. Brunei, Singpaore and Malaysia. I am stating d countries for ease of reference not by d islands in d achipelago bcos there are a few islands under philipines which I have not been to so not sure if they have such dish.
      So you can also find nasi goreng in these 3 countries which never claim d dish is its of their country of origin knowing their geography.

    • @theodorairish5654

      Yes, nasi goreng is Indonesian fried rice.

    • @lisasiantar5172

      @@hajarahmad473 nasi goreng is the indonesian/malay translation of fried rice, i think malaysia might called it nasi goreng too, since they have similar language/bahasa. I'm not sure if malaysia called it nasi goreng. Cos non of my malay/singapore friends ever recommend this dish to any non local to try the food. Reason being they have other dish to promote that for them taste more true/more identified as local specialty
      You cant put origin to fried rice as most country have this dish (worldwide) with different sauce n ingredients true to its region.
      But only countries that speak bahasa that might have it. And i studied/work in singapore. So far only found one place that sell fried rice by the name 'nasi goreng'.
      Singapore and other country may have fried rice but not this exact nasi goreng (dark indonesian fried rice they talk about). Malaysia have nasi goreng also, given the language is the same. But totally different taste. Indo use kecap manis (which is not the same with malaysian/singapore dark soy sauce/sweet soy sauce, i havent found any type of sauce in both country that look and taste even close to kecap manis) which made indonesian nasi goreng different and famous worldwide.
      Nasi goreng has become must try local food among korean who went to indonesia. Whereas when you go to malaysia, i dont think the first think tourist/korean sought after is the nasi goreng. Malaysia have different specialty food like kari n laksa, nasi lemak which indonesia also have, but we dont call it indonesian laksa/nasi lemak, do we? It goes by which country best serve and popularized the dish. So in this case indonesian nasi goreng is just right.

    • @christinepeace3813
      @christinepeace3813 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@lisasiantar5172 Agree with you that Nasi Goreng isn't famous/ recommended food to foreign tourists in Malaysia. Maybe because we have many types of Nasi Goreng e.g. Nasi Goreng Cina, Nasi Goreng Kampung, Nasi Goreng Pattaya, and the list goes on (endless 😂). And if we say Nasi Goreng only, it can be just rice that is fried with oil/ margarine with shallots only 😂
      I believe that every country has it's signature foods although the foods might have same/similar name, sometimes the preparation or recipe can be different. That's what make our foods unique 😉
      Btw, I have never tried Indonesian Nasi Goreng though, would love to try it next time. But I love Indonesian Mie Goreng, it's different from Malaysian Mi Goreng (it also has many varieties, endless list haha) 💕✨
