Thank you for the video. I only used 160gr of butter, and the only lemon my tree provided for us. I didn't have any of the right pots. I had to grind the "raw" sugar I had. And still, all worked just fine.
The only problem was that I kept on "tasting" too often, so there wasn't much left for later, hahah

I just made this following along with your instructions, turned our wonderfully well thank you. Gave me a nice project to do while self-isolating at home. My nan and pop used to make lemon butter when we were kids - just need some crumpets now! Best wishes from Australia - I've just subscribed too!

Hi, do those little bits of lemon rind melt into the butter, or would they remain as chewy little bits in the butter?

Hi Chef. Thanks so much for this recipe. My parents have a lemon tree be and finally found something I can do with some of the lemons. I've made 2 batches already at it turned out perfectly. Could you tell me how long it will keep in the fridge unopened? Could it be frozen?

Made this just now and it came out amazing thank you chef I added a little more sugar than your recipe called for and halved the lemon juice also so it wouldn't be as tart my son and husband loved it as for me the taste brought back a lot of childhood memories eating this as a kid so thank you very much definitely a go to recipe for me

Watching this from Dubai. It’s my first time trying to make it and it was perfect! I loved it and my friends said it was fantastic. I mixed normal sugar with stevia bcz I was worried a full stevia won’t produce the same texture. One question please, if I want to substitute the sugar entirely with stevia is that possible? Also how much stevia should I use? Thank you! I subscribed to yr channel :) love ur videos

Not odd at all, if you've ever lived on (or bought eggs from) a farm. That pale yellow things we buy in stores are really only eggs in name. You'd probably also find it weird to NOT store eggs in a refrigerator. Again, a product of our industrial complex. They scrub nature's protective coating off the shells, and then require us to refrigerate them to keep bacteria at bay ... that's only an issue because of the way they're processed in North America. There are several things I miss about farm life. Fresh eggs are one of them.
