    Random Question:
I've always wondered, what happens for high-rise owners when it's time to demo a property?

That's a good question. I'm wondering about that as well. Progress and improvement are inevitable. Realistically, there will be a time when it will make sense to change part of the Strip, and something will need to be done with owners are Waldorf Astoria, Veer, Vdara, etc.

Good question, usually when it’s a residential tower they just stay there forever. If for some reasons someone wanted the land they would have to buy out every owner in the tower. It would be expensive and difficult to convince 300-600 individuals that they should sell their property. But if you did then you could take down a tower. Hotels though are easy to change around as one entity controls it. They blow them up all the time in vegas lol

I've lived in San Diego nearly all my life and love living here but everything you've said is pretty point on. Traffic in L.A. is horrific and the cost of living is beyond the majority that live here. I'm having to move next year and Las Vegas looks pretty good. Great video 👍

Las Vegas. Very hot desert. Poor water infrastructure. Common city flooding in rains. No jobs. Economy very cyclic affecting home prices, an economy of tourism and prostitution.

its definitely a desert but living here since 1999 I have seen the weather has been changing the hot times are become shorter and cooler times are becoming longer. last year we had 291 days straight of under 100 degrees, a record for us. Looks like we may be benefiting from climate change. Our water infrastructure is amazing we reuse 99% of all the water that goes down the drain, best in the world. Some places do flood but not many most people go to the same place to film the water flooding. Many many jobs are here if you can not find a job here there is a problem. The las Vegas economy is more diverse then ever I have personally helped many mega corporations move new operations to the valley that have nothing to do with tourism. Prostitution is only legal in Pahrump.

Hookers and gambles of Vegas don't want customers? Since when?

Sure that may be a good idea! Maybe we should tell them crime is actually illegal here... Some may not like that...
