Wow, Nathan is mad his baby died, but his wife is alive. If his wife had of dies, he still would have been pissed off.
The babies head was too big is not scientific for a woman's natural ability to give birth. Did they mean the baby was in a bad position? That would actually make sense but killing the babe still makes zero sense 😅
The whole point is to save both lives, chances are the baby will suffocate and then it just means a stillbirth. Treating murder like a necessary thing here is propaganda.
