A friend and I have a theory: the Callidus assassin is after a much bigger fish than this Inquisitor on Terra. She agreed to help the Vindicare complete his mission on the Inquisitor in return for helping her get closer to her target. It lines up with how they both behave in this.
It’s likely that this is just a two man killteam, if the target is important enough, they can even have multiple 4 man teams sent after them. The Callidus gets to infiltrate and stop anyone else who wants to help the real (dead) Quiomoro, while the Vindicare got his kill shot that every Vindicare craves
I'd presume the Inqusitors investiture will mean something delicate needs to be handled in a specific way. In addition to the Inquisitor stepping too far out of line. This exact method of assassination, would leave no suspicion of if he'd been replaced or corrupted in someway than if he'd returned alone from a mission with no witness.

Is the inquisitor pc game any good, as far as representing this world and lore?
What do I watch this on?
Warhammer tv
Love your videos my colonial cousin 👌👍👍👍👍

Years ago the 1990s maybe it was White Dwarf? GW created a canon list of the Imperial Tarot, I need to find it now
This will sound stupid but would you ever do a debate based specifically on Warhammer 40 K like arguing for specific factions or for the greatness or terribleness of a specific character?
Is there an inquisitor that is not minted as an example of hubris? Someone who humbly sees himself as the will of the Emperor, is self aware to distinguish the desires of his own.

@@Counterpoints My dude, Gregor is doing the Quixos speedrun courtesy of Cherubael's mind games right about now.
Which maybe is not fully a bad thing considering that Quixos tried to close the Eye of Terror, but still.
Did you get permission to use that intro? Just curious, because i know it's from an unreleased and unfinished project.
Sure didn’t get permission for 2 seconds of video widely available on the internet rn.
