Boiling the Sap for Sugarbush

Boiling the sap is a 50 to 1 ratio. We boil our sap in our beautiful Northrup family kettle from the late Jim Northrup. Their family always encouraged us to engage in our beautiful seasonal activities. We were so happy to inherit this kettle and this beautiful way of life.
