Well, English isn't my native language and I am much better in listening and understanding than in writing, but I am very surprised that people can't differentiate what Trump said. Don't get me wrong, he said a few horrible things. Clinton did this as well. I have seen a few of his speeches and he always talked about that everyone is welcome in the USA. When he talked about immigrants, he talked about "illegal" immigrants. Why aren't people able to understand this important word "illegal"? In Germany illegal immigration is a serious crime you go to jail for, if everything would go the right way in my country. If I wanna move to the USA I have to meet the requirements. There is nothing wrong with that.
I think enough people have seen what happened to Germany and a lot of other European countries. Asylum is human right. Nothing wrong with that. The problem is we have a lot of people in our country who came from safe countries, they threw away their passports and we have to deal with this problem. Of course they aren't all criminals, but if you open the door and you can't control who is in your country, then you really have a problem. It is a problem for us and for the people who really need our help. The people who are thankful. Like I said, we should learn to differentiate.

Overall our country is a good and stable country and we can live a good life. But many people have forgotten to take responsibility for their own future. If you think you are too good to learn something new every day, than you can't blame Merkel if you don't get a proper job. I met this girl online who is a teacher in Detroit and she showed me a lot of pictures and videos. Compared to Detroit my whole country is like the Upper East Side.
My wishes are very simple for the future. I don't want wars. I hope there will be a dialog with Russia. We need each other to fight terror. I have seen street interviews with people in Russia. That empathy toward fellow immigrants, however, does not prevent me from thinking that the first lady of this country, whose family is supposed to represent America, should at least be able to speak fluent English (without a heavy accent). This theory is not just a cultural thing but is founded on practical purposes as well. Can the American people really rally at her speeches when they struggle to understand what she's saying?
