The doctors had prescribed Karen three hours of snuggles in the morning and three in the evening. They also recommended doing a fair amount at any time of the day. She's just following the medication ☺️

She’s meowing a ton, which makes me think she isn’t actually feral, it feels like she was either lost or abandoned and faced such a hard time outside that she became wary of humans. I’m so glad she found another family ❤️

Sometimes cats who need extra cuddles were separated from their mum from a very early age. What I love is the way she does make biscuits but with velvet paws <3 ! Even when she plays with her dad she doesn't scratch him, she is a bundle of softness.

I had a feral that adopted me. I named him “Meathead” because he had so many scars (old and new) on his big, round melon. I saw him a few times out in the rain, darting across the parking lot in my apartment complex, and one day I brought out a can of tuna. That was what got him up the stairs, he loved the treat so I invited him inside. It turned out he just needed a warm place and some snuggles. He was a total love bug, he would lay on my chest and I’d scratch his head and ears and he’d start drooling like a madman. Dang, he was so funny and if you came by for a visit he’d be in your lap making biscuits within a few minutes. He slept right by my head every night. He was by best little buddy. I loved him. I miss him.
