He is a church of christ member and we don't have musical instruments because God hates the sound of instruments he wants to hear the melody from our hearts. O.T Amos ch. 5:23 N.T Eph. 5:19. The o.t God hated the sound of instruments and in the n.t he wants to hear the song and melody from our hearts. This is why the churches of christ sings acappella. We go by what the Bible says not men.
