I just don’t see it as pragmatic unless you have that perfect work ethic, sharpness, and je ne sais quoi. Rory lacks the resilience and sharpness needed to succeed in this field which is why she fails. Writers fail all the time. The best ones accept that defeat and vow to be better.
Thank God we have Rory as an example for what not to do. Know your skill set and what you can handle as a person and specialize in something that is tailor-made for you.
Rory wants to be praised all the time and writing is a lot of miss and less hits. She needs validation to be motivated and this why she is where she is.
I’m glad that I figured this out as a senior since my mom struggled so much to find jobs as a single mother (she also happens to be an excellent writer).
Rory went downhill fast
Rory is defintly ending up with jess
She does not deserve him and yet I still ship them
What is this when is this?
The revival was a cliffhanger
I wonder if they will pick it up again
Team Jess. Hot, funny, loves Rory to death, intelligent and can hold his own. Them not being end game is so dumb. They have the best chemistry, they make the most sense.
