I spotted a Kodiak Canvas tent like mine. At least they have showers and water...I can't say that when I dry camp at the CASI chilli cook-off in Terlingua. Thank you for the tour Rusty!
To me, not really boondocking. I'd just call that free dry camping in a park with a bunch of people ...lol. Half of boondocking by my definition is being isolated, where no one else can disturb you. Really helps revitalize, being in nature with amazing views away from everyone else.🍻
We are in the frigid cold yesterday, 🥶 today in the teens, and tomorrow isn't looking good either. Single digits tonight in southern West Virginia. Falcon lake camping 🏕 sounds great right now. Thumbs up 👍 Carpe diem
Nice to see. You're right about Texas not having too many places like this. The National Forests in East Texas have free camping also. Ideal in cooler parts of the year.
*BOON DOCKING SITES* Nice driving tour, Rusty. Saw a car camper, in a red minivan. Spotted a Casita travel trailer also! Little Buddy heater comes in very handy!
If you're in a campsite there or someplace similar that doesn't charge , how do you make it known that you're camping on that site when you drive the class B into Roma for supplies? Once you drive off is that site then "up for grabs" or are you leaving a couple of chairs or a small toilet tent behind to "reserve" the site for when you return from town.?
Can people drain their gray and black water tanks in this area? I guess these people are prepared and enjoying themselves boondocking. Thanks for the ride once again as it is always a pleasure riding with you.😁
I love that place Rusty. Thankyou for showing us.

Thanks for the look see Rusty . I’m getting to the age of finishing my boon docking interest .😬😁👍
Capitan New Mexico outlaw camp boon docking with killer views.Just getting started.
Bieng high up on the mountain is a good place to set up camp.
@@jamesortiz5388 damned right fresh mountain air.
There is also diesel heaters or a heater connected to the gas tank. Much better for dry heat.

Problem with Texas is that most of the state is privately owned. Not much boondocking. You have to take free options where you can find it.
My campground is boon docking with amazing views.
@@levibrewer4304 you've got the best of both worlds there Levi. Great views with no one around ...on your own piece of land!👍🍻
@@bobstein2153 Your welcome and all Rangers are welcome to come and camp here.
Great watch, very interesting, hello from Sth Australia.

I live outside of Dallas and FortWorth, Texas, and the area was very cold in the teens to the 20's today and tonight.
Nice to see. You're right about Texas not having too many places like this. The National Forests in East Texas have free camping also. Ideal in cooler parts of the year.
Very zen driving video. I always enjoy seeing these campers and camp sites.
Cool video talk rusty lol 😆 😄 🤣 😂
I went there looking for you the 1st time I met you. They said TrikeMan is at the State Park so I went there
Hmmm...Is that a rural version of a homeless camp?
It's nice of the county to provide the ability to camp at the park for free. Thanks, Rusty!
👍👍 🌵🐶🐶🐶🤠🐶🐶🚐🇺🇸🏜️
That’s all your beer and whiskey 🥃 banging around 😂lol

We'll have a week of mid fifties in Albuquerque. January is usually a very cool month here.
The website says it offers hot showers.
Hi Rusty. Nice driving tour of the park. ✌️

??? a water jug with a note usually works
Very cool sharing free camping. Thank you!
Heard the real feel temp in Brownsville is -20? OMG!!!!!
No way. Low of 31 degrees today. Maybe you're thinking Brownfield up by Lubbock.
Great driving video
Amazingly right here in Central Florida we're at 72°. A bit of a cool down is coming but not freezing.

Can people drain their dirty water from their tanks?@@rusty78609
We were all inside trying to stay warm. 🥶 Thank goodness for easy access to propane.
Nice county park. It did look crowded, but still a lot of room between the cam0ing areas.
Camping
😊Al Fer😂👍👍
Great video.
Nothing is free. It is going to cost you to get there.😊
I got woke up about 4am. big winds came and a garbage can got blown around. we will be out of freeze for about 4 hours today. Maybe.
No peccaries running around today.
If a person likes to boondock what's your take on the place? Thanks.
Can you please put the place name in the comments?
Falcon County Park
Neat for boondocking
