Chicken Liver Adobo with Boiled Eggs
1/2 kilo chicken liver
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 whole onion (chopped)
1 whole garlic (chopped)
medium ginger (cut into small pcs)
6 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
6 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 bayleaves
1 red chili
ground black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
partly ground black pepper (2 pinch)
1/2 glass of water
