This was an interesting discussion to demonstrate how EFT and energy medicine has been combined to achieve great results. However this was supposed to be about their book which wasn't actually discussed! I don't know what to expect from the book so will have to research elsewhere for more detail.
I've known about eft tapping for many years and its effectiveness as an energetic healing modality, however, it solidifies this method even more because Donna sees energy and its amazing how she describes what see sees when tapping takes place, things we cant see, it must be magical to see, and David does such an amazing job of explaining it, yhese 2 really compliment each other and i somply love listening to and learning from them, thank you for having them on❤
I was incredibly blessed to meet Donna and David last night at Warwick's Books. And then I was doubly blessed by having an energy demonstration from Donna and a full tapping session with David. I feel it incredible this morning!! I think anyone who reads could benefit from this book. We've all got something deep inside holding us back. This book gives you the tools to release blocks.

*I like the way how David MODIFY'S the whole EFT process, incorporating Donna's technique with Craigs and Roberts, LOL!!* *So I tried doing the same with Amy Cuddy's POWER POSE with EFT's Phrases then closing with Left & Right palms over heart!!* *I didn't feel any different by myself......so I'll do it tomorrow before I go in public!!*
