Even though I have been seeing bits and pieces of LoK here and there, I wish we got a mention of Suki. Maybe Sokka could have mentioned her in the trial against Yakone, saying Suki was his wife or something. I guess she's that underrated.
I love Suki because not only is she a very skilled fighter but her style is quite practical because 1: she often lets her opponents strike first so she can wait for the best time to strike(just like Toph) and 2:she uses her opponents' force against them.
