Heike Dreschler was a long jump and 200m force, they held the WR in the 4x100 for 30+ yrs until the USA Women surpassed it in 2012, and a East german still holds the 400m WR. BUT, all those records and dominance was drug enhanced. That is why today when someone dominates, like Bolt or Felix, the thought is they MUST be juicing.
