Just from observation, I think the bride and parents are African American, at least not Igbos. The bride may have chosen Igbo traditional wedding and was accommodated by the groom's family. Anyway they are both gorgeous and I wish them a happy marriage.
I think she is probably Igbo as well as the groom because it is the bride's culture that dictates the wedding. Plus she looks quite Igbo.
