Cannon has had this case for 2 freaking years and favored Trump every step of the way

I do not understand how elected appellate justices cannot be partisan. They ran as Dem or Rep, correct?

If the entire prosecution team had group sex on a daily basis, and give gifts, that has NO bearing on their case! I don’t get it. Immaterial

Fulton County owns the copyright to Trump's mugshot. Did you pay them a licensing fee or are you stealing the image?

Anna Bower was just AWESOME. She pushed back forcefully and correctly against Ben’s stay all for judicial economy. I had some of her counter arguments in mind and she put them out succinctly and clearly. Bravo!

Anna signs off every podcast in the tradition of Cato the Elder: "Ft. Pierce delenda est".

Jez, no wonder Durbin is concerned about judges getting through. Who isn't appealing? The caffine in the coffee HAS to be more effective in Miami than Ft. Pierce or Washington D.C.

It appears that Cannon is better at controlling her court than we all assumed. She is CLEARLY better at playing Jack Smith than he is at playing her. Case in point…why didn’t Jack Smith file an “emergency” gag order request? There is also another point. I heard a former prosecutor state that the DOJ has a long-held position that they do NOT try to replace judges on a case. It is frowned upon. Don’t know if that’s true but believing it is better than thinking Jack Smith is not as strategically adept as we hoped. He’s been played by the Supreme Court and by Cannon.

According to the Meidas Touch FL has a 3 strikes you're out policy and Cannon already has 2. But she's issuing paperless orders that Jack Smith can't appeal to the 11th circuit.

If I showed up to my job the way Ben shows up for his, I would be fired. Seems like he is the one contributor you can FF on this pod.
