I would love if you shared more examples and specific use cases that would work for the crm automation so we can see how we could practically use it. I'm having a hard time knowing what automations to set up with the pipeline feature
Unfortunately, they don't have this feature at the moment. You can add a Twilio account but it'll only be used for SMS in MessageHub. There's already a feature request for that, and you upvote it if you want: feedback.myclickfunnels.com/feature-requests/p/make-calls-directly-from-message-hub
