Search for Indian teams with filter DATE and then search each team. Check roster and uniforms and download the latest ones. Similarly, you can search for players and download them and add to your Indian team.
I don't think so. I am not sure about FPS on PS5, but on PC you can get it up above 100 in most scenarios. But yea other than graphics, I don't think there are any other differences.

Just cutting out unnecessary parts and only keeping important moments using any editing software like Davinci Resolve etc
