  • A broken airbrush nozzle is always sad, especially if a part of it left inside the airbrush body. But no worries - it is fixable. You can pull out a broken piece with this GSI Tool and install a new nozzle with another tool, which is much safer than a standard wrench.

The tool has a reverse thread, you screw it in anti clockwise, it bites into the nozzle and it unscrews normally.

Destroyed the nozzle today, good to find this knowing I don't have to pay another $80 bucks.

What I did was stick a toothpick into the broken threads and turned. The toothpick was able to grab the threads and get them out.
This kit is nice, though. I wish they'd make a universal nozzle remover. Using the little wrench is... A little nerve wracking. Especially with someone who has a tremor. D:

I just got a brand new nozzle from the manufacturer and it broke off in the airbrush after the 1st use! It has happened before and I’m not screwing it in super tight. Why does this keep happening

Nozzles made of soft metal so they create a good seal around stainless steel needle. Unfortunately, this softness comes with extreme fragileness. Very easy to overtight and brake. We recommend using nozzle tool included in this kit instead of a standard wrench spraygunner.com/gsi-creos-maintenance-kit/

It happens because your needle isent placed right, first time u let go of the trigger it hits the nozzel to hard... remember when placing the needle up against the nozzel, be gentle... OR the trigger was not completly rested in the front position when tightening the needle lock nut

The part that the nozzle threads into is damaged, (threads damaged). What's the name of that part so that I can get a replacement?
