Nice, we are going to start our planning in the next few weeks once we get the zoning change confirmed! We have been in our property for 5 weeks now and we love it out in the country! We are looking to adding two rooms and a bathroom in the basement, adding a 2.5 car garage with a shop built in the back. Planning starting soon. It's exciting! Thanks for sharing your story 😊! Good for you! You two are very inspiring. I have tried this before, it does take a good bit of work reselling. Some make it look easy ,but if you don't work hard you don't get very far. I really like all the info, and a good learning experience.

Actually that is a good deal ,the cost for all of that.What about the floors ?Can’t recall if you mentioned it.Maybe you guys are painting it like the office you are using now.It save you a lot of money by just painting it.I love to own a place like that !

Putting in a Tesla charge station while the electrical would be a good idea.
Maybe add a generator to keep things alive if the power goes out.

I love seeing construction progress videos! i can only watch so many thrifting videos and there are tons of those. Glad you are showing these, i was wondering about your house, loved seeing your work space, Alli worked so hard on those bathrooms. Noticed your pond was full, is it always like like? Looks like, you scraped the mobile home idea for Cassie, I guess it is one project at a time and a very busy reselling business.
I’ll be putting some kind of home on the property at some point in the near future 🤙🏼

I think most of their income is from You Tube, affiliate marketing, courses, merchandise etc. I would bet reselling is a small part of their overall business. They work hard and deserve it all.
