Yes, but some old monitor found not supported. We can connect this after reducing the resolution of the DVR with another good monitor. Later you can connect this.

Dlink Gold and Finolex 3+1 (economic) are almost same. I recommend both. If possible go with Finolex Premium . It is very better than both of this cable. Jelly flooded cable will last long....
