    I used 1.5kg weights because they were right there, which was really dumb because I have no arm muscles. Maybe I won’t be able to brush my hair tomorrow, who knows

    im so incredibly grateful for her frequent uploads! I love her and her workouts so much...they are challenging but just the right amount to the point where it is doable.     I am not so strong on plank exercises, my hands can't handle it, so I do them in a easier way... I guess I'm not the only one.. I didn't do this workout for 3 or 4 days idk, but I will try to continue this time with no pause days, its just I have a lot stuff going around... LIKE TO REMIND ME PLEASE! I hate my back fat and bra bulges, but what I can see by now my back line is much more visible and deeper, more on the lower part, it look very nice, so I recommend it !

    Thank you for all the workouts! I'm always excited to wake up and see a notification that you have a new workout! My hubby laughs about my excitement over a new exercise, haha. Now I have even more variety thanks to all the new videos! As for requests, hm, another catchy song workout would be cool. Also, I appreciate all the recent knee friendly exercises. Because of the extra time, I was enjoying exercising more but got too exercise happy and overdid it and aggravated my knees, haha. So more cardio exercises that aren't too hard on the knees (like the last one you did) would be awesome! Thank you again! 😊

    Perfeeeect, the last few days I was searching for good back workout and I couldn’t find the perfect one! I can say that I feel the most your workouts, so I expect this will be great! Also I understood that I focus a lot on my butt and abs but I don’t do a lot of back exercises at all... maybe the plank can be considered, but it’s not like I feel my back muscles burning.

    I created a playlist of my 6 favorite 10 minute workouts by Pamela so I could do 1 hour of workout a day it's perfect because altogether it is a full body workout! I love it and because there is no breaks I have a break when the next workout is loading lol. Anyways thank you so much Pamela for inspiring me to keep fit during lock down! ❤️

      Omg same. I'm doing 20min hiit full body + 3 10min upper body/lower body alternate days + 10 min cooldown (super important) + 30 min jump rope + 10 min stretch (around 2 hr including a bit breaks)
      Lets get that body!!

    I am having a day with a lot of anxiety but every time I do one of your workouts it helps me so much and I feel better. I've been doing so many today that my abs and butt are tired (but I need to keep going) so I am feeling very grateful for this video which was actually super effective and got me thinking I need to do more upper body work. I would really love if you did a video to help improve posture! A posture improving workout would be so awesome or even just more of these back workouts. Thank you!

      If you suffer from anxiety go see private psychiatrist also dont do it every day because your body and abs needs rest do it two or three times a week best also diet plan is important😊
