If she’s been frail and hospitalized for long periods of time, I don’t think any mower replacement is going to change the outcome. Wonderful job, gentlemen!
Transformational kick starts are fun too. I helped few people that couldn't quite get it together and couldn't afford what local companies charge for lawn care. Last year I had 3 yards someone had cleaned up like you did here and I helped take it to the next step. There is 4 signed up this year where I bring the tools and they help me do the work and contribute what they can for the products. It is so fulfilling to drive by a few months later after doing the Rolling, de-thatching, Scarifying, aerating, leveling and Fertilizing as you see the yard is the best on that street. Elderly, people with disabilities and younger people can get lost in the shuffle of life and others in the community really need to reach out to them. Keep up the good work.
Tim, your exceptional kindness has made a lasting impression on the family. The new mower was a hit, and the young man will always remember your generosity, as people never forget how you make them feel. Your cleanup job was outstanding, and the extra help significantly sped up the process of getting the property back in shape. I'm glad you're keeping the trimming portion of the job, as it is definitely your signature touch.
Great job Tim and crew. Thanks for making the effort to improve someone's life. It matters not that the company helped out with the mower, you made the effort.
I remember when you did the yard the first time. I hope the mower makes the difference. More importantly is the young man who experienced someone being kind. He apparently had no idea anyone could be that way. Tim it was kind and thoughtful of you to give the mower. Yes it didn't cost you anything, but you wanted to help. Be Kind
As I've gotten older and less able, I'm glad I decided to move into a smaller home community for age 55+ folks that has lawn maintenance included. A lot of people hate communities with fees but for someone like me it suits my abilities. We also have trash pickup 2x a week and a 1000CF dump trailer to dispose of 'junk' to help keep our areas tidy. I hope someone helps her keep it clean outside.
I have to disagree with one thing...when the young man asked why you're so kind, and you said you weren't. We ALL know that you are a very kind person. You could choose to do ANYthing else and you choose to help people who need help with their lawns...for free...you are kind. Thank you for helping this family with a beautiful mow AND now they have a better mower...that extra mile, as usual!❤
I watch several lawn restoration channels. Yours is one of the best. I like the detail work - you don’t just mow and go. I really like that you haul off the debris and don’t leave clumps of grass or clippings behind that the homeowner has to deal with (and may not).
Great work guys , you may not realize the reach of your videos people over the world watch them and it helps with our mental health thanks keep up the great work .!!
I'm glad you decided to help the last 2 people. They really needed you and that is what life is about.. helping others and showing kindness and compassion. Keep up the good work. Greg does a fabulous job🙂
I remember this yard! I think that with Greg and Luke and Phil the Flail really helped make this time so so much easier to clean up and detail! Glad you're helping them out with no judgement. Let's hope they can maintain it now or have someone come by weekly and use the mower for them.
You are awesome. What you do for people to help them is amazing. You, Greg and Luke did another fantastic job. The yard turned out amazing and then enabling the family to be able to maintain it by giving them a mower. Simply amazing and inspiring.
I’ve been watching this one for a few years. He’s never changed in how he does it rakes still n other details . A lot of others I use to watch don’t mow the yards any more . There’s a few Australian ones I watch and some others that still do a fantastic job. I’m watching from Victoria BC
OMG, Tim, that property looks so sharp now (dare I agree it looks better than the first mow you gave it?) Bravo for using the means you have to give a nearly new mower to them for continued maintenance 🙌❤️
Tim, Greg, and Luke to the rescue 😇😇😇👍🏻💯 A marvelous transformation, I hope the son can keep up the good work for his mum now he's been handed a lifeline in that fantastic lawnmower 🙏🏻 Have a wonderful day Guys ❤
Glad the crew and the flail made this a more doable place to work on. That would be a difficult place for an unwell elder to mow and detail, due to its size, but perhaps possible if broken down into rotating sections regularly. Pleased there is a son to help. Thank you for your persistence in multiple times of help and working towards a viable solution. (If it were possible, I'd just put a couple sheep or some geese in the backyard, to keep it mowed. Locally, farmers will sometimes put a small flock in a yard for a week or two, to eat everything down short.) You all did a nice job of making the place neat and orderly and that would be a relief for the resident and the neighborhood. Thank you for that kindness. With the basics well done before, this was fairly straightforward to renew. Thank you to Masport for gifting the mower.
Amazing job, looks wonderful !!!! That was so nice of you to give her one of your mowers. Flail mower was the best investment you’ve made by far. Enjoy your Sunday ✨✨✨✨✨
That is a great machine!! So nice of you to help this lady. If you will go toward the curb when your shoveling grass and dirt the curb will push it on your shovel and make less work for you
Wow I love Phil so much! What a game changer it has been! Hey Tim, you are so good for doing this property again. I have watched you for years and know how much time and effort you put into rescuing peoples properties. I really like seeing the difference in time it takes you to finish a property like this with the men helping and Phil. Well done team and big thanks to Masport for allowing Tim to donate this mower.
Another satisfying watch. Great job as always. I was hoping you'd trim the trees - it's one of my favorite things to watch. You never disappoint Tim. Shout out to Greg and Luke. You're a great team!
Tim, you truly have the heart of a caregiver. I can see why you would be drawn to firefighting. You are such a kind soul. I love watching your videos. ❤
Tim, Greg , and Luke! You are all Amazing! Your hard work is spot on and your generosity is so appreciated ❤! Hope the young man can keep up with it now ❣️
Well done❤ Tim, I remember when you did massive clean ups by yourself. So happy you have hardworking helpers to make the job more efficient. Love that mower. It really does the job with that wider base. Kudos to Masport to letting you gift the mower. Now the family can maintain the yard.❤
hi there tim. i think i have figured out why i like your videos. first it is organised (i dont need to look all over the place to watch a specific video and so on), second is that it have a story. whit story then i mean it have a beginning then a middle part and then a end part, the beginning is when you arrive and i see what needs to be cut, the middle part is when you cut it and the end part is when you are finish and i see the result. it gives a feel good vibe that i kinda like, and that is why i watch your videos. i dont know if it is the same to everyone but that is what i have figured out. have a great day!
Don’t know where the issue lies, but today is the second time I have been watching one of your videos on TH-cam on my smart tv and the picture froze while the sound continued. Great job, as per usual.
Hopefully this homeowner will continue caring for their yard here on out. Long hospital stays make it questionable. The yard definitely looks great once maintained again.
I like the frail mower. Why you so nice? Aww he seeing what it means to be kind first hand, may he see it every day. Hey he could start his own lawn mowing biz with the neighbors
Great job as usual guys, yard looks fantastic again. Big cheer out to Masport for letting you give the lady their mower. Tim i hope you also gave the lad a run down on what type of petrol and oil are required for the mower, so he can maintain it properly. Cheers guys👍
16:35 - Neighbour across the street showing off the Ozito PXC 18v edger.😁 I used it till the plastic handle grip snapped. For a domestic unit it cuts well.
Hi Tim and Co., another great makeover, lots of grass to rake up. Hope you all have a great Australia Day, looking fwd to more videos, Rosie aka Ollie, Geelong, Victoria🙏🇦🇺
Love watching Tim he’s my favourite little Aussie, well done Greg and Luke , fantastic job as always , like the way you paint the fire hydrant in yellow Tim ❤❤❤
If she’s been frail and hospitalized for long periods of time, I don’t think any mower replacement is going to change the outcome. Wonderful job, gentlemen!
Hopefully, you gave her young grandson the lawn mower's manual. He needs to know how to maintain it with gas, oil, filters.
I feel like that flail mower was a good investment! It's pretty awesome. Great community work as usual guys. happy Australia Day.
Thanks! Phil is a machine 👌

That was nice the way you went about giving them the mower - very humble, “not exploitative”, and the way you dealt with the young lad was great!
he is so nice
It’s hard sometimes. There is a fine line between exploitive and a video that does well.
I hope that the young man is willing and able to keep the yard cut.
Thanks Tim, Greg, and Luke for following up and helping out again. Marvellous job as always. ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
Steve's on Quick cuts, it's Greg ❤
@melissaphillis7247 thank you.
he is so nice
Here in the USA we call your lawnmower the walk behind brush hog. Awesome machine.

That’s awesome to hear
I’m glad to see someone’s kid finally get involved in the maintenance of their property! That’s a new one, Tim! 😊

Have a feeling that lawn aint gonna be maintained brother, you’re a saint for helping her but something tells me the mower wasn’t the real problem…
Great job Tim and crew. Thanks for making the effort to improve someone's life. It matters not that the company helped out with the mower, you made the effort.
