workout routine:
QUAD DAY
leg press 4x12 ss sissy squats
split squats 4 x12 ss 10 jump squats
walking lunges 3 x AMRAP
Cardio (Stairstepper):
0-1min: level 5
1-2min: level 8
2-3min: level 10
3-4min: level 12
4-5min: level 14
REPEAT 3X
