Matt Jones judging by the studio c beta it opened sometime in the 2000s. This is one of the few betas with only one screen due to not enough space for all 3 tv screens

Ehh maybe but the buildings layout itself doesn't really seem like something showbiz would design big who knows but I think this store opened in 1989 or 1996-2003
