I play this account for almost 12 years now and i have spend around ~7.000€ till now, i know it is a lot of money but since the game went from pay2win to play2win that means when you have an UFE account you can farm Uridium from Mindfire or you win Events etc. you really don't need to pay for uridium all i do is i buy 50% boosters and premium/discount. I pay approximately 30€ per month and it is enough. If you don't care about rank you only need 15€ per month for premium and discount.
He has spent probably around 60,000€ on this account, back in 2012 to hold general you had to spend literially millions of uri to kappa gates and only the richest could hold general and terror played trough those times, so good estimate would be around 50-60,000€ was spent on this account during its lifetime.

This video was recorded yesterday 4 months after the Eternal Gate. I made 4.2 billion honor in the last 4 months there went my 40m Uridium.
