healthy dish. This gentleman needs to be applauded for his sincerity and passion. people who eat biryani, parotta, chicken are really abusing their bodyies and it is an unhealthy to eat such greasy,oily junk food. Pattani,carrots are good for the body and it is a healthy snack.
