The only thing clean in bulgaria is the city centres, which is only 10% of the cities limits😂. Sofia was ranked the dirtiest city in Europe along with many other cities in bulgaria. I can say its true as I'm bulgarian.

It is very safe my friend, even on the center. Crime is really low (most of the criminals are the politicians :D )
