Debbie Upper.
Lmaooo
More like Debbie Upper-cut. She'll knock you out.
😂🤣
Maybe Debbie *on* Upppers.
Haha
"I want to die at games" -- relatable
Me and card games
This is me at competitive tabletop games… lmao
The best line of the sketch
Six-sided die or a D20? ;)
Meanwhile, Eric McCormack is sooo into his character.
Look at how frightened he looks lol
I would be frightened too! Even though I know it's not real! :D
haha omg lol he looks exactly like my dad when my mum used to get into her rages. Glad they got divorced for everyone's sake
Except when breaking character
you are totally right, except he can't act ... 😆
see, sally and dan are normal people in relationships with others, they just weren’t good for each other
I was thinking that too
They ruin the 4th of EVERYTHING
“Duhhh, I’m Dan Needler, I’ve got a way of doing things that took me straight to the middle.”
The running back and forth screaming after she busted through the wall is gold
It's so real life like -- that's why it's funny She reminds me of my crazy daughter -- I'm Eric clutching a pillow
This era of snl is so great, there’s so much chemistry between all of them, it’s like a huge group of best friends
The Mid-90's - Mid-2000's were the best and always will be.
… mid 2000’s after will ferrell left is considered when the decline came about😂.
Now youtube has definitely helped improve their relevance
ABSOLUTELY!!!
@@fionnbarrcasey5247LOL
SNL was crap long before this.
@@fionnbarrcasey5247not even. Bill Hader and Fred armisen era is way better than the Will ferrel era. Will isn’t that funny
Rachel deserved an Emmy for this performance alone.
AGREED
Epic meltdown.
Rachel Dratch is sexy as fuckkkkkk
Hardly. Anyone could pull off throwing a bunch of stuff and running around like a lunatic.
@@valerie2827 nope, you do not understand it.
That is like saying anybody can become a rapper. Not possible.
They sketched my inner demons that I hide while playing games! It's so acurate 😂😂😂😂😂
Sidra Sohail .. me too 😂😂
Glad I'm not the only one 😳
Hahahahaha
facts she just like me fr
Lol. The glimpses of Rachel running back and forth through the hole and screaming is hilarious.
the man shaped hole on the wall is a bit too perfect hahahaha
I think the spirit of Chis Farley possessed Rachel for this sketch.
of Michael Jordan
That's gonna leave a mark.
Debbie Downer
@@richardwhite9975 hahaha! Debbie Downer took some Uppers!! Lmao 🤣 🤣
Almost Word for Word I was about to say the same thing but I looked at the comments first and you beat me to it.
This was awesome. Everyone was so real in the sketch. Maya looked genuinely terrified, and Rachel, well what can you say. It was like she turned into a genuine, uncontrolled, raging psycho! At the end I wasn’t sure what she would do next.
Aww Seth immediately protected Maya. That’s so cute.
Tbh if they called the cops, they would have shot Maya.
@@supergirlvideoclips894 what the fuck is wrong with you
lol, seth, "omg i have such a good one". a clue he's the one who wrote felix mendelssohn.
My thought exactly!
@@supergirlvideoclips894 no I think she's white enough she could have gotten by.
God, it looks like so much fun destroying all those props!
Yeah, America. Fuck yeah!
The prop guy cut out a person shape much taller than Rachel! hahahahaha
@@jondunmore4268 -They didn’t want her to bang her head
600th like😊
9 out of 10 Prop Guy's contract Prop Guy AIDS, at a S"Lumber" Party.
He looks so genuine, the guy with the pillow at the end I want to say piano, during the whole thing my heart breaks
"the guy with the pillow"??? You mean Eric McCormack from Will & Grace?
@Temple Oh man, I might be a bad person because I feel the complete opposite and cannot stand him. HE NEEDS TO BE BETTER AT GAMES!!! He was filling me with 'irritation with a rising edge of rage' *immediately* upon his entry into the sketch.
"Who the BALLS put Felix Mendelsohn?!?" I'm dyin'!
WHO WROTE IT?! WHO WROTE IT??!
I feel like Will Forte did it.
Eric rocking back and forth adds some real darkness to this sketch IMO, that's a legitimate behaviour traumatised people do. It makes it darker but fuck it makes it funnier.
Yeah :))
I believe Eric was the one who decided to include that behavior, I don't think it was written into the script.
yeahh i noticed that too, also the ear clutching that was added at the end
Traumatized *
@@Liquethemodel It's traumatised in (most) British English.
"I wanna die at games" I lost it! lmaoo
I love how it throws you off at the start by suggesting that it's the guy who's gonna be the weird one... but of course now we know why he was so scared to play the game lmao
I'm sorry...but an Eli Whitney answer deserves a glass throw
Didn't he invent the cotton gin? Which sounds like something made to make gin instead of producing cotton.
i cant believe she didn't flip the table
this was nothing short of a brilliant mix of writing and performance, the seemingly slow stakes and normality at the beginning with "I almost didn't get it", to the increasing shock caught me of guard. When she couldn't guess the composer and time was running up I physically moved further from my computer, and when she asked WHO I literally waved my arm in denial as if to say it wasn't me, of course, laughing my ass off in the process.
And a great diversion of focus--at first we think he's gonna be the comic focus, but it only turns out to be a foil for her psychotic rage. "I'm not really good at games" = "I'm deathly afraid of my partner".
Her poor husband just rocks back and forth waiting for it to end 😂😂
Oh my god Seth’s I’ve got such a good one and Eric rocking back and forth really tied the sketch together lmfaooo
I love how Rachel is so much smaller than the person-shaped cut-out in the wall of the set 😂
oh look it's monica and chandler
no, it’s Monica and joey.
Rachel and Ross
Hey, Monica can be cool and fun at organized indoor projects!
More like Rach and Ross
omg right
The guy with the pillow man just look so abused
The rocking...
"OH I'D LOVE TO DO THAT. I LOVE THAT MOVIE. LET'S WATCH MOVIE!"
He was way too eager to not play games with his psycho wife...
He's got an out of body experience.
@Grace Bailey "WHO WROTE MENDELSON?!"
That's Rob Lowe. Your comment is hilarious if you look up his history with ladies "of a certain age".
It's all blown over for at least a decade. I guess there is a statute of limitations in Hollywood.
Reminds me of Monica from Friends
Totally!! That's what I thought. Well picked, mate. :-)
i was gonna comment the same
elatheindelible too bad the infamous charade game was never shown 😁😁😁😁😁
I love that her hubby is literally rocking in the fetal position immediately after her 1st freak out. Lmfao
He’s rocking back and forth omg priceless
I loved it when her husband went into panic mode in the end holding a couch pillow🤣
Seth is hot in this. Damn.
omg i could not stop laughing once she got angry it was hilarious
If you think, it's funny, I hope, you never meet a person like that. It's a nightmare.
@@iarde3422 it's funny, because it's just a skit and also you know that she's only acting. But yeah, in reality - that kind of person is just abusive. And this relationship is just toxic. And ofc I felt bad for this guy. But still - it's just a skit
@@cantusanimus7890 I realize, that this is a sketch and I watched it again to see, if it really is funny. I tried it hard to persuade myself, that it's funny. Tried to watch it with a different mindset and from a different angle, but no. I didn't find it funny at all. The only feelings, that I had during watching this, were sad, dreadful, worried, anxious and some other negative feelings, that I don't know the words for and it's not that I don't have a sense of humor. I do, it's just this is one type of things, that don't make me feel funny at all.
I've met a lot of people like her. I don't understand why they keep coming to me. I guess, they like to glue themselves to kind people and suck lifeforces out of them.
@@iarde3422 it IS!
@@BarrySmithviolin it IS what? Not funny?
Idk but this stressed the shit out of me, very good acting though
Rachel s one of my favorite cast members ever. The solid performer.
"I want to die at games" 😂😂😭😭😭😭😭😭
They wish they had invited Debbie Downer for that game night.
At least the furniture would have been spared....
Out of place furniture is the leading cause of household accidents.
Millions of Domesticated Cats would have died, from Feline AIDS. Cat have it, both ways.
@@ihavefallenandicantreachmy2113 *meow, meow*
I'd rather be scared than clinically depressed
Yeah, and their souls decimated 😝
Seth and Maya as a couple are so adorable.
that cute scared guy needs a hug from me. aww
Shottoru who is he?
@chobopanda yes
Eric McCormack
Sound effects were on point. This deserves more views.
"Do You Know the Way to San Jose" was written by Burt Bacharach, with Hal David writing the lyrics.
Sure, but they were dramatizing casual, in-expert, knowledge--like having Maya at first confuse Steinbeck for Hemingway. The Seth Meyers character must think all singers are singer-songwriters, lol.
True, Dionne recorded the song but didn’t write it.
Everyone keeps talking about “the guy with the pillow” that’s Eric McCormack from Will and Grace! Which is funny because they were so good at games on the show.
"Will she be Graceful, in her destruction?" Is what the Writer's might have asked each other.
At last, thank you
who is "everyone"? i dont see a single comment about that.
@@Draeber There were several. I wanted to smack them thru the screen. How do you not know Eric McCormack??? That's like not knowing Lucille Ball.
@@CC-si3cr I now feel the need to abashedly confess that I had no idea who he was before reading the comments on this sketch.
1. YAY MAYA!
2. brilliant skit, I laughed my ass off
3. Y U NO FLIP TABLE?!
The fact that the hole in the wall is so much taller than her, omg
Rachel Dratch was an absolute gem, and she still is. Insanely talented.
That was wicked when she went through the wall then comes in with the mailbox.
This would be funny if there weren’t people I’ve played with that behave exactly like this
Literally my cousin. And the rage and accusations of unfairness are always directed at me because I win. 😂😂😂
@@monicashoemaker6041 Weird personal question , but how do you "always" win ? Chess ?
@@srsa2436 To be fair, I said the rage was always directed at me, not that I ALWAYS win. 😂
@@monicashoemaker6041 Interesting ...
My ex wife!
Amy looks so terrified haha
And so did Eric.
We've all played with the person who couldn't give any clues whatsoever. This skit is really relatable. Rachel is amazing.
haha I love Rachel Dratch! :D
Rachel and Eric are awesome in this. Too real.
I still want to know who put Mendelssohn!
Pretty sure it was Eric McCormack's character - i.e. Rachel Dratch's partner.
@@Kherce73 But he didn't know who it was.
@@lunsj Right, that would have been the button to end the scene.
I bet it was Seth. In the beginning he mentions he "has a really good one". I want to believe that he thought Felix Mendelson was a good choice lmao
me, that's exactly the kind of thing I would naively do.
The acting is seamless in this era
And here we thought Grace was a sore loser! ;P
God I love this! Rachael Dratch tearing shxt up. Classic.
I watch this every few months and just wheeze silent-cough-laugh at this, tears running down my face. Unbelievably great.
Lol omg this is one of the funniest sketch’s I’ve seen in a long time, I’m losing it 😂
I love McCormick's downward spiral from Jeff Conaway to Eli Whitney
Perfect! Every crowd, there's always one overly competitive freak and one who never understands the rules and can't play correctly.
Love Rachel Dratch!
"WHO THE BALLS PUT FELIX MENDLESOHNN???" 🤣🤣🤣
Coming back in with the mail box, was a hilarious ending to a brilliant sketch.
totally monica
This is funny coz Will Truman actually kills it in this game on Will & Grace!
exactly!
I cried from laughing so hard
Chris Farley's ghost: "That's right, babe! Show'em how it's done!"
Omg this is one of the funniest SNL videos of all time!
I like how she was setup as the normal one, and her husband seemed like he was the one that would be trouble.
First time seeing this. Rachel is always pure gold!
Who the balls put Felix Mendelssohn!!! 😂😂😂
"unknown obscure German freak!"
But Mendelssohn IS a celebrity, especially in his day...🌟
hilarious. when ratchel threw the wine glass, so unexpected, her characters rarely if ever gets that level of abandon. what's funny is it isn't their house... but it's rare for an snl audience to applaud a performance, brilliant.
I bet Rachel wrote that name on the paper :'D
That $hit was hysterical! She killed that skit. Everyone was so on point. Absolutely hysterical!😁
So, the Needlers finally got divorced.
I love her raging
Loved this one. It starts out so innocent.
Rachel Dratch character should have been in recent game night movie!
This was my brother as a kid every time he started losing a game (especially card games) 🙄
Don't think I've ever played a game with him as an adult.
you learned your lesson
her husband's reaction to her is so funny he gets more and more depressed
This might be my favorite SNL skit yet.
Rachel Dratch is so crazily epic here!!!!
As one who doesn't like games because 1. I don't get them, 2. People get too competitive, I can totally relate to Eric McCormack's character.
OmG this is so nuts! When she puts herself through the wall...😁
Best crew best skit lol best era
I think Rachel Dratch was just having too much fun at the end.
OMG this sketch was so tight!!!
THE BEST AND FUNNIEST SNL SKIT EVER! LAUGHED MY ASS OFF!
I'm both him and her at the same time. Also, nothing like threatening people with a root of a giant house plant.
Rachel running through the wall 🥰🥰
This made me laugh out loud love it
Awww. The way he holds the pillow 💙
The way he grabbed the pillow 🥺
I think watching Spider-Man would have better. lol
Hilarious given Will and Grace context, and Rachel D is a QUEEN.
I love Rachel!
I lost it when he said I wanna die at games
Rachel always plays sweet characters and seeing her mad and yelling like that sorta turns me on a bit.
The power of Rachel Dratch.
The poor boyfriend😭
the fact that Maya referenced Dionne Warwick and then years later played Dionne Warwick in The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is too funny to me
Glad I'm not the only one that noticed! I assume that was an intentional little in-joke
Minor note: Dionne didn't write Do You Know the Way to San Jose? That, of course, was Bacharach/David.
Hilarious sketch!
She went trough the wall like it was some sort of super thin Sheetrock lol
