By the time I finished the class I understood how wrong it was to give kids those rewards. The main thing he said about it was that when anyone accomplished something, that accomplishment is its OWN REWARD!! Like when a kid learns to ride a bike. You don’t give them anything. The fact that they learned how to do something is its own internal reward.
