I have exactly the same problem. The battery is confirmed as fully charged but no response from screen or throttle. There does not seem to be any solution I can find at the moment. It is now just a heavy folding bike.
The connection where charger goes into battery has loose connection. I reconnected black wire leading from charger inlet to battery itself and mine started working as intended.
I have have question I buy samebike 20lvxd30 yesterday but when I charged it the charge show green right means isfull but when I turn on the bike show 40% !!can u help me please
mine turns on and everything, the display is on, the horn works, the remote seems to work... it just does not start... I suspect it is the connections of the battery, I have seen those sparks too many times when folding, I probably burned the connection only for the motor
@@poy1874 I opened the cable containment, one connection was off, that fixed it, speedometer is still broiken, but at least I can use the lever to activate the engine

We bought the newer version. To put it together we had lot lot problem. And after we try to start, and it not start at all. Battery charged, but nothing. Samebike is a crap company.
Never buy a SAMEBIKE i got mine 1,2 years and it broke down so i thought the controller was broken bought a new one from them for 59 euro and they send the wrong one after that the refused to help me and i was not able to return the controller later i found out it was the main wireharnass but they or not for sale so i bought one from aliexpress and then i had to replace all the electronics display brakelevers trottle and after it was working again the speedsensor in the motor broke down and then the front shock also did not work anymore HAHAHA these bikes are scrap never buy it !!!! mine was the sm26 model

Did you check the battery voltage is right? If fully charged as you say it should be about 55Volts

I know this bike is not good work I have shis bike this problem is true.
With mine, display turns on etc. but the engine won't kick off, the speedometer only works if I push the bike backwards -- weird stuff

Tried it both plugged in and unplugged.

The display won’t switch on as long as you have the charger connected.

Its supposed to make that noise when you unplug not when you plug it up that's weird it makes that noise also when you unfold and back

Problem solved. Replaced the ‘CPU’ of the bike. Was about €70.

Did you solve this ive bought a second hand one without a battery bought a new battery and basically shitting myself this is going to happen 😂
