Carlos awakens, his memory fogged up with the shards of shattered time. A new AGENT team has come to his aid, but he has must prove that he bears the skill to not be dead weight.
This is all made on moon animator and I will transition to blender for better work quality.
No money or profit is made from this video and is simply made for entertainment purposes all credits belong to original owners.
The sound effects are delayed/unaccurate/weird because this episode never went through refining as an argument had occurred between the editor and I.

As an Arbiter main, I can confirm that Arbiters have like 0 cool-down on their perk ability and flies higher than Superman

As an arbiter using longshot and throwing knives to make looting areas safer and blow up enemies, can relate
As an arbiter main I can confirm that due to my muscle memory I cannot never not do longshot, and as a result I blow myself up.
This makes me wonder...how would a DW game play out with this many agents, or if there were a equal amount of agents as perks
Bro imagine a 10 squad of agents hell imagine if they all are blitzers they all can take turns throwing the improvised c4 that regenarates in ur ability pack
Legit sweeps the game if one of them isn't an asshole and sticks c4 to other fellow agents

I have a feeling if the sovereign character first debuts the agents would think of them as a person with schizophrenia
Like they would just be talking to the air alot instead of the agents
And then when it comes to fighting everyone freaks out cuz there's literal ghosts around them and it's like they're first time and everyone thought they were talking to nothing

Seeing Damned as this skinny person who immediately needs help but be suspicious as they have cuffs.
Immolator as the pyromaniac/arsonist and agents see him as "be careful".
Executioner the fucking cop who hunts down criminals and useful for Hiddens.
Mindflayer who just wants to control everyone, but agents tell him to do it to scavs.
Tickspider who assists mindflayer in their journey (probably) and agents use spiders for defense.
Prophet useful for loot and agents tell him to scan for enemies.

DAMMN THATS COOL WTH KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MATE!
Good start for the first episode. Really felt like the dialogue got considerably better later on as well as camera angles. I'm not too sure on the overall tone of this episode, on the one hand you have some playful characters delving into anime tropes but on the other hand it feels a bit too jovial against the harsh background of Eden-227. Not saying that comedy downgrades the series, but just think about when it's appropriate and use it sparingly.
I'd say the dialogue at the start, although it's expositional it's pretty blatant, the main character "Carlos" kinda feels pretty empty in that scene (but there's more nuance added in that flashback I guess).
Perhaps at 1:09 it could go like this
???- "Lucky, Kira has no use for scrap like you"
Carlos: "Why-why must I still survive through the winter"
???- "Rhyttore saw determination, yet I see the grip of fear.
Carlos: Your mistaken, it's the grip of my fist.
(idk if it serves the purpose but moving on)
I think pacing and the amount of characters are going to be a big issue. Inevitably every first film project is going to have some pacing issues but I feel like with the scope of the story, don't be afraid to ask for advice from others and maybe increase the lengths of subsequent episodes. With the characters, I think a good goal for you is to make each character all fleshed out so they feel like the protagonist in their own regards. Stuff like Woods repairing Kyle's arbiter shot, small things can really characterise your cast. I felt that Carlos did have some semblance of change but I think building on ideas of discovering the value of life could work. Perhaps some potential arcs could be, learning to be more open about internal struggles, resisting the hypocrisy of the Agency, some person utilising negotiations with the raiders. You get the point.
I feel like cinematography can be enhanced, you can use more close ups (idk what your fov is but if it's on 70 lower it down to 30-50). Also using constant keyframes for your camera is simple but it will fit slower paced scenes. Maybe use a dolly rig for circular shots, it might help you.
Overall good start towards an open aired series. it's a hobby not a race.
Ngl the Captions Was Too Thin And I Had To Pause To Read Them, But Overall Doesn't Overshadow The Fact That This Animation Is Really Good 9/10!

I kind of want to see a few other survivors of the previous agent wave living somewhere that is safe from the scavs and the storms, the passage that leads to the key card could be possible (is hating morale so much that you uses damned a bad thing ?)

Yo dude this is really good, I hope you continue the project since it looks so cool, though I think maybe you could use more sounds, like when the characters talk, maybe they could have like talking sounds like you would see in undertale, or maybe grunts at the start of the sentence to show the characters' emotion. I do understand that it takes a lot of effort so I do want to say keep going, because this has a lot of potential. Keep doing what you do.

Hi! While I know your busy with school, here is a character concept!
Mr. Bucket: Immolator. He is mute, but great at combat. He is also VERY brutal. He works with Quades like they are best pals. His appearance is the hardsuit from the DS ship, however he has a bucket for a helmet.
This is really cool, gave me ptsd and 5 morale but it was worth it
