- Today we are playing the Cougar in one of my favourite loadouts. Treat this Mech as a support for the Assault Mechs and you will have a lot of fun. The symbiosis of your firepower + ECM and their armor makes a very strong combination.

I am using Haven Kendrick's Soundpack! Download it here: / haven_kendrick . To install, simply locate your Mechwarrior Online installation folder, open "Game" and you will see lots of .pak files. Drop the sound mod file into that folder with the other .pak files, restart the client, and you are good to go!

Holding those long duration clan laser burns effectively takes some serious skill and is very satisfying.
I keep trying to hate my Cougar but I can't.. they are too much fun if you play it's role correctly.
Nice FrankenCougar! I don't tend to break up the omni sets because the bonuses are VERY good on the cougar. I do appreciate how much thought you put into picking the unused locations.
These were both exciting matches today. Come from behind victories are rare, at least in the matches I watch.

When you start to worry about the outcome of the match
I love my blood adder with the high mount projectiles on the torsos. Add in the ecm head omni and you can snipe with impunity with uac2.
Always love the how the sound changes on hpg manifold. Can hear the bitchin' betty saying 'atmosphere hostile'
My head only has 21 points of armor and structure so I can survive at least one AC to the head.

banlish did the classic mistake of helping out the guy caught out in the end of the congo line and then hoping the rest of the assault would move up to help but they didn't leaving him out In the wind to die

I like the Cougar mech, but I hate the laser mounts in the arms that they gave it in MWO.
What is this blue bar on the side of the temperature bar? In my mech n have this, I'm new to the game.
Cool shots. They are consumables that give you a quick burst of cooling.

Its a unique mech - lots of free tonnage, but very slow and frail
I do the best when I am as insignificant as possible while dishing out damage

Hey Baradul I'm having a big problem it seems like I'm always running into the enemy team first and I'm usually the first one to die how do I keep myself alive long enough to actually have an effect on the outcome of the game I've only been playing for 5 months and it seems like I'm the first to die even when I'm using my Cyclops with triple rotary 2s and an mrm30
patience and communication.
Battlefield awareness. What is your team doing? What is the enemy doing? Not getting caught alone.

Aaaaaaa the greatest support light mech of all time. Small compact Mech that can punch like a Heavyweight Medium Mech got a lot of good Experience in that Maschin.
And losing left side means losing lot of heat management.
No heat management issues if you lose right side though *taps head*
@@startide yeah all you can do in that situation is to provide ECM cover for your team.
