They can not be together again. They knew from the beginning that they would only be together for only a year. Each has a contract with a different company, they should first break their pre-existing contracts. In addition to the economic interests of each company, you have to think that there should be a company willing to take care of them, for example the CEO of JYP showed a lot of interest in them. Another drawback is that some want to be solo singers and maybe they no longer need to be a part of IOI. The same will happen with Wanna One, it is known to be for a year. (Sorry if I made mistakes in my English. I'm still working on my learning)
