Oh my god 😍😍😍 ! Just loved all the Kharaj Swars from both the Maestros 😍 ! People think singing in higher notes or higher saptak(octave) is hard but singing in Kharaj of lower act is way harder and these guys are doing it with ease 😍 ! I've have been a fan Of Abhyankar Ji ever since i listened to his Raag Jaunpuri ! But this my first time hearing Sankarji singing Classical like this ! No wonder his compositions are amazing, his roots are classical 😍

One of the superb jughal I have heard in my music experience. About Brahman and Anandhan which brought tears to my eyes. My people were asking what happened. When you get such joy from hearing both these young greats in front of Baba u get exalted.

I fully agree.a longer timeframe could have helped him showcase his grasp more fully. Anyway he seems to thrive and enjoy jugalbandi too so I too enjoy these concerts
Both are singing in 2 different singing styles ...... Basically one northern and another southern........ Northern being more about theheraaw ...... So....

I was used to see this program while in childhood 🥰
I watch spirit of unity concert of national integration since 8 November 1992 & 19 November 1995 at Sunday morning 10 AM. I watch program, than i saw photo of celebrity person & feel sad with Pankaj Piplani, Archana Tiwari & Seema in bharatiya vidya bhavan mehta vidyalaya school. I have no options & talk with Manisha Sharma Di Jaspreet & DineetSingh, Kiran Sidhu & Neha Bhatia, my real sister Ruchi maam & Dolly, mamaji Daughter Archana Dabral (Lekhu) & Anji because both she nice talk with me.

2 School of thoughts...Carnatic & Hindustani
Guys Theraav and taan are to do with Hindustani Music and not Carnatic Music. Carnatic and Hindustani music have their own charm and you cannot really compare one with another. Moreover, while Sanjeev is a expert of Hindustani style of music, Shankar is surely a student but not an expert per se. So there is no real comparisons. So rather than sit and compare, enjoy their individuality and styles and know about music before saying taan and theraav and making such assertions. Those only apply when comparing apples to apples. Both Sanjeev Abhyankar and Shankar Mahadevan are leading singers of today. Sanjeev Abhyankar mostly sings Marathi though
