Asad-ud daula, the nawab of luckhnow was.very fond of food and specially of kababs. Due to his old age age( weeken teeth at old age) the galauti ( melting )kabab was invented. In bada imambara, apart from.masjid, there is bhhulbulaiya (man- made labyrinth) , proper guides are advisable otherwise people get confuse inside.
