It's weird that the max limit is two terms of 4 years.. And all the presidents seem to think that they're SUPPOSED to be there for 4 years.. What about being there for 4 years.. Then another democrat takes the win and that dem can then be there for 8 years with some luck...
8 years of one president tends to lead to a flip in power.. I don't think that would be the case if more presidents did 4 year stints. You don't get as bored with a president in 4 years.. The president doesn't have 8 years to rack up horrible mistakes that will then be used against the sitting party's next candidate.

both my parents had dementia and it took them several minutes to recognize who I was and who they were talking to in general. They could remember events from the distant past but not what happened a minute ago. Otherwise they were energetic, sometimes highly energetic, even into their 90s. Biden generally does not display those traits. Instead, he is scarier: he seems unusually slow, he has a death stare, his speech is slurred and confused, he has trouble collecting his thoughts in a coherent manner, he seems stubborn and out of touch and he tends to reminisce a little too much about the past. All traits of a man who is gradually yet steadily shutting down. I don't know if he can make it through another year much less 4 years. Eventually, the 25th Amendment will have to be considered.

I think Sam literally had no idea how connected Clooney is politically. Was Michael Moore saying that Biden should step aside a bad idea? What about Jon Stewart? Should no one speak out on this? Trying to determine what the ambiguous line is between "good" speaking out and "bad" speaking out.

If anything, the fundraiser he did proved his loyalty to the party at large and only really adds credibility to his request for Biden to step down.
He's behaving like a guy who wants the democratic party to win, and he doesn't have all that much faith in Biden. At the end of the day, Clooney is a human just like everyone else. You're right. Too many think that people with dementia issues are easily controlled and made to do things they don't want to do. That is so not the case, ask some caregiver's out there how easy it is. Plus Biden has a lifetime of politics set in his brain. He's seemingly delusional about how great he is, of course I think that was the same before his current dementia issues. My aunt became so deluded at one point (not the entire course of her disease though) that she thought she was on the cover of a writing magazine as a published author (I think probably being a published author was her biggest dream). And of course, no one could force her to do anything, not before nor after she got dementia/Alzheimer's. She, even deep into her disease, wouldn't even try to drive a car as she recognized that she was unable anymore. Biden is trying to lead a country. How deluded can he become and what damage can he do? I don't know how much control he actually exerts over things behind the scenes. I expect Trump enjoys Dems fighting each other instead of him. Democratic infighting doesn't help anything, and frankly, it is too late to remove Biden. Nothing anyone on the Dump Biden bandwagon has said has convinced me that they can win with another candidate. All they have done is convince me that they don't like Biden.

Just the opposite. I believe if Biden can not win, then no Democrat can. I do not think it is feasible to replace Biden so late in the process and still win. The last time that a US President stepped aside was 1968, when Lyndon Johnson stepped aside and Hubert Humphry ran as the Democratic nominee. Democrats lost. Richard Nixon was elected President.
I will not play this game. If Democrats manage to push Biden out of office, then I will assume we are going to lose, and I will write Biden's name in.

You need to take the polls numbers of candidates not named Biden or Harris with a grain of salt. By and large, the general public has not seen those others perform. For example, (hypothetically) if Newsom were to debate Trump he would destroy him. Now take that poll again. So if they are thinking about other candidates then they need to be pushed forward into the public eye so that they can be judged by the public…then take those polls again, some may surpass Biden or Harris.
