@@scottfoster2487 I'd love to, but it has to stay stock bore. Really no port work other than the transfers. the exhaust was 92° new, I got it lowered to 98° and it's better, but still a turd. Transfers are just to wacky to get any good gains from this one. BD was at 35° and I got it to 24° but it dosent like it at all.
I got ns892 and just gutted the can and enlarged the outlet, retune carb. It's the strongest, biggest& fastest saw I ever saw in my life. I don't need that big of a saw but I love tree work & got it if it needed. And I do take trees off the power lines, dead or blow down, 3 big oaks recently.
@@Super-Dave-Outdoors didn't check the chamber volume, exhaust height stock was 92°atdc, with machine work I got it to 98° atdc. The chamber looked way smaller than the last cylinder I had on it. The old one was freaking huge.
@@dubbssawshopmeasure the exhaust roof to chamber height with a caliper and check your chamber volume. Determine corrected compression ratio. I might be on the trail to figuring this thing out, gotta see how Boedy's 357 acts this evening and that will key me in.
👍👍 good luck! Damn bees been annoying around here as well.
Really interested to see what is going on here because i have some suspicions but need some measurements to confirm them.
There's a little more somewhere but who knows! I sure wish ya the best of luck!
Sure sounds good to me, but that’s why you’re the builder
@@michaelwhiteoldtimer7648 I appreciate it!!! It's strong, but I think there should be more there.
get ya a mic Dubb!....I still love ya man!
@@Eric-n-TN I have a few but can't use it when running saws, it screws it up to much.
It has a flat sound in the timing. She did not take to the port job very well by how it sounds. You should try the bigbore 066 from neotec.

Hey Dubbs, what is the chamber volume and exhaust height measured from TDC?

If you get it pulled apart for changes can you get me the best measure of con rod length and chamber diameter and squish band width too.
@@Super-Dave-Outdoors yes sir will do, I'm sure imma be inside of it this weekend to try something.
Can't hear you
Crank the volume Up!!!!!! 👍🏻
