Not sure about the rest of you all but I find it difficult to be prepared to have a valuable answer to a random encounter in an elevator which I couldn't have envisioned. In such a state the conversation usually ends up looking like the one shown before 🤣😭

Short and sweet how to make top down communication relevant to my life either. Personally, I do receive some feedback from my colleagues and line manager on 1 thing to improve now - how to be communicate effectively. To be honest, I still find myself really hard to communicate in this way. So Angie, how long does it take you to be comfortable and how do you make it?
It’s a mindset shift and takes lots of practice, weeks or months, and it’ll be a gradual change - just be more mindful every time when you communicate, and start with the most important message first.
