Just wanted to wish you good luck at London Marathon in a few weeks! As a viewer/subscriber, I feel that we don’t care much about your time so long as you enjoy yourself. So enjoy your taper now, have a good trip, and let us know how it goes!
I ran 4 days a week when marathon training and that was perfect for me. I mixed that with strength training and yin yoga for stretching. Crossed that finish line! Good luck! ❤
I never run my long runs with breakfast and now I'm trying to run faster I've been like hitting the wall. I use maurten drink but feel I need to yest pre run fuel bc I do eat before the race I need to practice it
one thing that I had to come to terms with after having 5 stress fractures in 2 years 🙃 was that not everyone will have the same training. I was seeing so many people run 70+ miles per week without injury and I thought that was what I could/should do too. But my body isn’t their body, so like you said, doing what you need to do is the way to go. Without getting caught up in what other runners are doing! 🫶
Yes please do a what I eat in a week!☺️
This helps me SO much with my own training!!
So excited for you!!!
Looking forward to the new video and how you're training for London. Hope you are enjoying Endorphins Run Club!
