I agree. It makes me so angry when I hear that only 60% of people watching this content actually subscribes. It's not much to ask of us, it takes less than 2secs, cost's nothing and really helps the artists keep the content flowing for us.

Looking forward to watching this rather than all the nonsense on Netflix and other providers. BTW, Cleopatra and Vikings Valhalla are dreadfully woke at the expense of historical fact. We are now selectively viewing shows that are historically accurate and have totally stopped tiered cable tv. I’m recommending this series to friends and family.

Egil Skallagrimson(Skullcleaver) was the Viking age most famous or infamous berserker. Reportedly fought in the Battle of Brunanburh in the service of King Æthelstan; his brother Þórólfr dies there, for which Egil receives two chests of silver from Æthelstan in compensation. He killed his first at the age of 7, cleaving the 12 year old boys skull with an axe after loosing a game. earning his name skull cleaver. His mother praised him and said he would become a good Viking. Giving him a ship and crew. Interesting man as he also was a poet. One of his poems:
One of the translations to english:
    "Thus spake my mother
That for me should they buy
    A barque and beauteous oars
    To go forth with vikings.
    Stand in the stern,
    Steer a dear vessel,
    Hold course for a haven,
    Hew down many foemen."
He got his own Saga. Egil saga.

I'd love for you to create separate videos for early, middle and late ancient Egypt about the everyday lives of people, culture, pharaohs, the tidbits and snapshots of daily life from written records that survive, etc.
A video about prehistory in general and the earliest villages and settlements around the middle east and about the many mysteries related to prehistory would be fascinating. There's so much mystery about prehistory because people didn't have a written language to leave us with the details of their lives.

    ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT PRESENTATION
That is not said lightly, for I am a college professor of Archeology & Ancient History, though of a different period of time & of a region far far away from the British Isles.
If, in your notes, you have some information concerning the Norse invasion of NW Scotland by Coll (Call) and his flotilla, it would be interesting. A very large number of the present population of Scotland trace their heritage to the Coll and Campbell (cohorts) families.
Your facts are spot on and your presentation is nothing short of spectacular.
    Thank you very much.

      Your comments are appreciated.
It is difficult to understand what the problem might be with this PRESENTATION. It appears to have been well thought out and much effort was put into it. I suppose that he could have just sat in a truck spouting his ideas.
      But he did not.
He should be complimented for his effort.
I believe that it was made evident that my area of study was of an area far far away. It is obvious that there are those on the internet whose lot in life is to spend their time in turmoil.
I did my research. Much time was spent listening to your channel. I was in hope of listening to a positive voice and to learn much about the various invasions of the Iberian territory, but alas, it was not to be. I did understand that you are very unhappy that you are stuck in the American world with a desire to reestablish the spanish empire in the Western Hemisphere.
Being that the whole discussion was about what I considered to be a great presentation, you might be well-advized to spruce up your presentation before casting dispersion on other presentations that obviously has been well thought out.

It is obvious that you have an unhealthy obsession with this "whiteamerenglish" garbage. Evidently you don't like White folks, Americans, or English people.
I am an American, plain and simple.
My ancestors are Apache, Norwegian, and German.
My parents, grandparents, & great grandparents taught me to love all peoples, no matter where they came from.
It might be worth considering that you would have a happier life if you would be more acceptive of ALL people.
Iberians and Mexicans are no better and no worse than others.
The Iberians had their chance to rule the world, but blew it, in large part, because of their greed and hatred of the indigenous people of South America and of Mexico and the Indians of the North American plains.
The Iberians were welcomed as Gods, yet chose to steal all the wealth of Central America that they could carry off in their ships.
In the process the indigenous people were forced by the Iberians to give up their religion and accept the invaders religion or die by the sword.
The Iberians failed to set a very good example. Did you fail to learn that tidbit of history about your glorious Iberians?
Would you like for me to pull the curtain back a little bit more about the history of the Iberians. We can spend a little time on the "Spanish Inquisition", if you would like.
      You invited this discussion!!!
You are in my area of expertise now.
My PhD is in Ancient History, especially the history of the Iberian world.

Even today there are still lots of deep similarities between English and the three very similar Scandinavian languages Danish, Norwegian and Swedish with respect to their basic vocabularies and the grammatical structures.
You can't hear it typically except for specific words (arm, finger, hånd, fot, land, korn, vind, kan, vil, skal (shall) ...) , but if you for instance see Danish or the very similar Norwegian in writing, they will often look to your English (?) eyes as some weird forms of older Pseudo English 😉
These amazing familiarities between English and our languages is also a huge advantage for Scandinavians, when we are learning English, since we as if by magic already "know" a lot of the basics in advance and "just" need to fill in the gaps and then climb a few hurdles here and there - without even having to think very much most of the time 🤗
