The three major issues for me last season were the defence being a complete disaster and the fact when we were playing possession we weren't doing anything with the ball, and when a key player was injured there was no real replacement. So hopefully we can fix these problems and aim for a automatic promotion.

Dont think Norwich used the loan market to its potential. A couple of top prem loan players in that team last season and it wouldnt have been the season it was. Need options to bring on and change the game. Going with young players takes a couple of years to pay off and fans aint that patient these days.
